The bright and spacious restaurant seats up to 80 guests and has marvellous views over the 3rd tee. t offers a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, ideal for couples or for mature guests.
Our chefs are greatly experienced in producing imaginative menus to satisfy a variety of different occasions. including informal suppers, corporate dinners, a magical wedding breakfast or an unforgettable dinner to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.
Menus are changed daily and fresh, local Suffolk produce is used whenever possible.

The Patio Bar offers an exciting selection of light bites and lunch menus, which feature a mouth-watering selection of Pannini, succulent local Suffolk sausages and mash, homemade Thorpeness fishcakes and a wide range of other dishes, including imaginative vegetarian options.
On a warm summer’s evening, the patio, with its tranquil setting overlooking the Meare, is a haven of calm and an ideal setting for apéritifs, al fresco dining or late evening conversation with friends.
The restaurant and patio bar both operate a non-smoking policy. Dress code is smart casual and we request that guests kindly refrain from wearing shorts for dinner.
Opening times:
The Patio Bar is open for snacks and lunches from 8am to 4pm
The restaurant is open for dinner from 7pm to 9pm
Please note that smoking is not permitted in either the Restaurant or the Patio Bar. Smoking is allowed in the Bar.
